This is an amazing full-time opportunity based in Gleneden Beach, Oregon.
This position is on-site and requires you to work from the Hotel/On property $50 a month cell phone stipend.

Membership Relations Manager:
The Membership Relations Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of membership programming, projects, and engagement activities designed to increase and retain the number of members and generate additional revenues at the facility. Represent the lodge in its relationships, both internally and externally, in order to promote growth and prosperity. This role serves as a visible ambassador for the Salishan membership community and works closely with department leaders across golf, wellness, recreation, food & beverage, and resort operations to create meaningful experiences that strengthen member satisfaction and loyalty.
What You Will Master:
? Participate in the long-range and short-range goals and objectives related to member
development
? Plan and implement programs designed to stimulate revenues and add to the member
base of the facility
? Participate in the training of all facility staff with the goal of increased member satisfaction
and knowledge of development programming
? Coordinate marketing plans designed to attract new & existing members while developing
new target markets
? Work with the General Manager to implement programming across all membership focuses
? Review industry programs on a regular basis & implement based on business needs.
? Coordinate all programming with appropriate department heads and staff
? Manage the total facility membership roster
? Follow-through with all membership activities including processing of applications,
payments, welcome plans, facility tours, and other membership related activities.
? Work with the Accounting team to ensure timely & accurate reporting.
? Assist in the planning, implementation and follow-up with the facility point-of-sale system
and develop member relations management tools to track member statistics, trends,
participation, preferences and spending
? Track and report the results of all programming, marketing and projects designed to develop
members
? Organize & attend member trips. (quarterly or semi-annually)
? Participate in the development of a member rewards/loyalty program
? Be a visible ambassador of the facility
? Participate in related teaching programs aimed at developing new and existing customers
? Gather content, design, & publish a monthly membership newsletter
? Send out regular membership communication emails to the membership regarding
upcoming events & recent results.
? Engage homeowners & locals on a quarterly basis.
? Attend the Trade Shows as needed
? Assist the Professional staff in the planning, marketing, & execution of the signature member events each year
? Other duties as assigned.
The Essentials:
? Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
? Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Fluency in other languages is beneficial.
? Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written.
? Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and empathy.
? Outstanding coordination and multi-tasking abilities.
? Professional in appearance and demeanor.
? Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic
expected of all employees Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
? Self-motivated with desire to promote and market
? Service and customer focused attitude
? Experienced in written and oral business communications
? Remain up-to-date on customer relationship management tactics and strategies
? Experienced computer user including; Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficient in other
applications, i.e. email, internet, tournament and database
? Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community
