• Support to TSS to Prepare Technical Documents / Curve Sheet / Drawings etc. during tendering stage.

• Study of Technical Specification,

  Application of ASME codes & Material Standards in Design & Development activities

• Order Execution –

- Design calculations as per specifications.

- Preparation of General Arrangement & Cross Section drawings and other documents for approval.

- Preparation of Test procedures, layouts.

- Preparation of MDL, MSP & MIP etc.

- Seal and seal plan selection

- Preparation of Bill of Materials in SAP

• Creation of 3D models & Manufacturing Drawings of pump components, aggregate packaging and piping in UGNX / AutoCAD.

• Support to Manufacturing.

• P&ID and Instrumentation.

• Knowledge of ASME/ASTM/ DIN / EN / ISO standards

• Experience of working in pump industry with knowledge of centrifugal pumps, mechanical seals, couplings, intruments
