Office Assistant (Part- Time)
• $17.00/hour • Temp
About This Opportunity
Hiring a part-time Office Assistant to support daily office operations. Duties include answering phones, scheduling estimates, preparing quotes, ordering products, and light bookkeeping. Candidates should have basic computer skills, strong communication abilities, and a professional attitude.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM- 5:00PM
Assignment Type: Temp- Opportunity for Temp to Perm
Pre Employment Requirements
- Client Interview Required
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- Must be able to communicate in English
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Provide customer quotes
- Schedule estimates
- Order products
- Light bookkeeping during downtime
- General computer knowledge
- Strong phone and people skills
