Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
- Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions
- Assist clients with product or service information, billing questions, and account management
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or promote additional services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems
- Handle transactions accurately when necessary
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support role preferred but not required
- Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) are required to serve diverse client needs
- Familiarity with data entry, client services, and basic analysis skills is advantageous
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general software navigation
- Experience with outbound calling and cash handling is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Property and Casualty Insurance license (must have or be able to obtain)
