- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase customer value and expand share of wallet.
- Build and maintain regular customer engagement cadences, proactively monitoring account health and contributing to account growth strategies.
- Generate and qualify new-logo opportunities through inbound leads, marketing-qualified leads, trade shows, campaigns, cold outreach, call blocks, email sequences, and dormant-account reactivation.
- Research prospects, develop target account lists, and execute structured multi-step prospecting campaigns focused on qualified opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate and balanced sales pipeline in the CRM, progressing opportunities through the appropriate sales stages and supporting forecasting activities.

- Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Share customer insights with internal teams to inform campaigns, offerings, and opportunities for improvement.
- Address and escalate service or quality issues as needed while helping ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow established pricing, compliance, governance, and commercial standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Typically 4–8 years of relevant sales, account management, business development, or commercial experience.
- Proven ability to manage small and mid-sized customer accounts and execute a full sales cycle from qualification through close.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing, negotiation, objection handling, and value-based selling.
- Demonstrated prospecting and lead qualification skills, with the ability to consistently generate and progress new business opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms for pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and account management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer and sales data into actionable insights and account plans.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage customers and stakeholders at different levels.
- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, opportunities, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer orientation, commercial judgment, persistence, and follow-through.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining a structured operating cadence and consistent customer engagement.
- Must reside in a U.S. state within the Eastern Time Zone.
- Competitive compensation package.
- Comprehensive core benefits designed to support employee well-being.
- Paid time off.
- Additional local benefits for eligible employees.
