Setting up Live-in Services:
- Managing Requests:
As part of your role, youwill work with Local Officesto set up a premium Live-in service.
Efficientlycoordinatethese requests, ensuringtimelyresponses and effective communication.
- Advisor to Local Offices:
Youllserve as an advisor to Local Offices during their journey of setting upand buildingLive-in Carewithin their office. Yourexpertisewill guide them through the process, addressing any challenges theyencounter.
Share best practices, provide insights, and offer support to ensure successful implementation.
- Adherence to DovidasProcesses:
Itscrucial to adhere to DavidasLive-in processes. These established procedures ensure consistency, quality, and safety in providing care.
- Accurate Client Setup in CRM System:
As part of the setup, accurately input client information into the CRM system.This ensures smooth coordination and efficient management.
- Live-In Caregiver Interviews:
The heart of Live-in Care lies in the relationships between Caregivers and clients. Schedule and conduct interviews with potential Live-In Caregivers.
Aim for high-quality matches consider personalities, skills, and compatibility. These matches lay the foundation for extraordinary care experiences.
Rotations and Travel Logistics:
- Rotations for Live-in Clients and Caregivers:
As part of your role,youllcoordinaterotations for all Live-in clients and their dedicated Caregivers.
Ensure smooth transitions between different Caregivers,maintainingcontinuity of care for clients.
- Flights and Accommodation for Live-in Caregivers:
Schedule flights and accommodations, considering convenience, cost-effectiveness, and safetyfor all Live-in Caregivers.
Collaborate with travel partners and Local Officesto ensure seamlesslogistics.
- Record Keeping and Supplier Invoices:
Maintainaccuraterecords of Live-In Service supplier invoices. This includes documenting expenses related to travel, accommodation, and other services.
Verify details,allocatecosts appropriately, and pass the invoices for payment by the finance department.
- Accurate Fees for Monthly Billing:
Ensureclient and Caregiver schedules are updated and correctin linewith Payroll deadlines.
Address discrepancies promptly tomaintaintransparency and client satisfaction.
Recruitment, Onboarding and Live-inCaregiverHR:
- End-to-End Recruitment of Live-in Caregivers:
Your role involvesfollowing therecruitment process for Live-in Caregivers. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates.
Ensure that the recruitment process aligns with Dovidasstandards and values.
- Compliant Caregiver Records:
Maintain meticulous records for all Caregivers. These records should be complete,accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Document essential information such as certifications, background checks, and employment history.
- HR Processes and Engagement:
As part of HR management, focus onLive-inCaregiver engagement. Develop strategies that address the5 Caregiver needs(physical, emotional, social, mental, and spiritual) to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Live-in Caregiver Orientation and Training:
Schedule and confirm Live-in Caregiver orientation sessions. These sessions are crucial for introducing new Caregivers to Dovidassvalues, policies, and expectations.
- Orientation forLive-in Caregivers
Conduct an orientation over Teams or in person in advance of the Caregiver starting their first placement.
When recruiting employees from outside of Ireland, providean appropriate orientationfamiliarisingthem with local practices, cultural nuances, and organizational specifics.
- Quality Assurance and Monitoring:
Uphold quality standards in Live-in Care.ManageLive-in Caregiver probation,appraisaland supervisionreports.

Education | Experience | Requirements
- 5 yearsadministration experience (preferablyintravelorlogistics).
- Previousexperience with ATS/CRM (such asPeople Planner/Talent Link/Salesforce).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build effective relationships.
- A positive work ethic with a solution focused approach to problem solving.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a supportive and collaborate environment.
- Ability to effectively learn,acquirenew knowledge and skills and share learning with team members.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Mustdemonstrateexcellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
