This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager, Enterprise Project Management based in the United States.
This role is responsible for leading strategic projects from initial scope through successful delivery across a global organization.
You will translate business objectives into structured project plans, coordinating teams, resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Working across operations, IT, finance, business systems, and external partners, you will create alignment around shared priorities and outcomes.
The position combines hands-on project execution with risk management, stakeholder communication, change management, and continuous improvement.
You will help teams navigate complex initiatives while proactively identifying obstacles and ensuring accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Your work will contribute directly to operational efficiency, strategic execution, and the successful delivery of initiatives across North American and global locations.

- Develop project scopes, charters, schedules, budgets, and comprehensive project plans that translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery roadmaps.
- Lead day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and deliverables remain on track.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams spanning operations, IT, finance, business systems, department leadership, and external partners.
- Identify project requirements, resources, dependencies, deliverables, and responsibilities across participating teams.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget impacts, proactively developing mitigation strategies and escalating critical concerns when appropriate.
- Prepare and deliver clear project updates, status reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, workshops, planning sessions, and cross-project coordination activities to maintain alignment and accountability.
- Coordinate testing, training, documentation, implementation, and go-live readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage large-scale project plans supporting North American operations and future global initiatives.
- Partner with department managers and team leaders to identify opportunities, risks, dependencies, and improvement areas across multiple projects.
- Coach and mentor internal stakeholders, helping strengthen project management capabilities, knowledge, and accountability across the organization.
- Assign actions, monitor progress, and ensure project tasks and deliverables are completed effectively and on schedule.
- Review project work and provide constructive feedback and guidance to contributors and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and efficiency gains across project delivery.
- Ensure projects follow PMO governance, established standards, and organizational best practices.
- Travel occasionally to offices, conferences, customer or representative locations, and other relevant sites as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field; significant relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- At least 5 years of professional project management experience, with 7+ years preferred.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, leadership, facilitation, time management, and organizational practices.
- Demonstrated ability to transform strategic initiatives into tactical plans with measurable objectives, defined timelines, and clear outcomes.
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully across the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution through implementation and debrief.
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, with Epicor ERP experience preferred.
- Experience using project management and product development systems, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Project, and Teams.
- Strong experience managing processes, coordinating teams, identifying risks, and driving strategic execution.
- Ability to build, motivate, and align cross-functional project teams while developing project management capabilities across the organization.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation practices.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accountability in a dynamic environment.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Minimal travel may be required depending on business and project needs.
- The position primarily operates in an office environment and may occasionally require work in production facilities where large equipment and elevated noise levels are present; appropriate safety equipment is required in those areas.
- This position has no direct reports and primarily reports into the designated worksite, with occasional work-from-home flexibility as business needs permit.
