Qualifications
- Perform architectural design and predesign activities for projects of varying scope and complexity.
- Utilize industry-standard production software to develop design solutions and project documentation.
- Conduct impact studies, site evaluations, cost analyses, and design requirement assessments.
- Lead project-related data collection efforts and support analysis of findings.
- Prepare drawings, presentations, visual aids, and other project deliverables.
- Assist in the development and coordination of construction documents.
- Edit and support the preparation of specifications and technical reports.
- Perform research and investigations to support project planning and design recommendations.
- Develop knowledge of applicable building codes, zoning regulations, fire codes, and other governing requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties within the scope of the role as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in architectural production software and construction document preparation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, customers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
