We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our client's new team in North Valley Phoenix, AZ. Compensation & Benefits

  • Interns / Practicum Students (Not yet BCBA Certified): Starting at $75,000 per year.

  • BCBA Certified (Not Yet Licensed): $85,000 per year.

  • Licensed BCBAs (LBA): $90,000+ per year, with scaled earning potential up to $112,000 per year for 7–10+ years of experienced clinicians!

  • Quarterly Bonus Potential: Earn up to an additional $2,500 per quarter ($10,000 annually) based on clear, accessible performance metrics!

  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): Exceptional time-off package with 27 days of PTO in your first year, increasing to 29 days in your second year.

  • Low-Cost Health Coverage: Employer covers 75% of health insurance premiums, bringing individual coverage down to just ~$97 per month (with a $3,000 deductible). Dental and vision plans are also available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Behavioral Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and standardized skill assessments to design individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

  • Program Development & Data Analysis: Monitor program implementation, continuously analyzing client progress data to make timely, evidence-based treatment modifications.

  • Supervision & Mentorship: Provide direct, ongoing clinical supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct care staff.

  • Caregiver Collaboration: Conduct structured parent training sessions to empower families and promote skill generalization across home and community settings.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all clinical documentation, treatment plans, and supervision notes strictly adhere to BACB ethical guidelines, state standards, and funding requirements.

  • Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate closely with clinical leadership, administrative teams, and external providers to deliver cohesive, high-quality care.

Qualifications Required

  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential issued by the BACB, OR active status as an Intern/Practicum Student near exam completion.

  • Licensure: Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.

  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

  • Experience: Open to all experience tiers—from pre-certified interns to senior clinicians with 7–10+ years in ABA programming and team supervision.

  • Skills: Strong analytical, clinical assessment, communication, and team mentorship capabilities.
