Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and security of enterprise Windows server and endpoint environments within a hybrid infrastructure. Provides technical support through remote sessions, phone support, and onsite assistance while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. Supports server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint management, and enterprise security initiatives.

Requirements:• Administer and support Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, and print services.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure including Dell PowerEdge hardware and VMware/vSphere.
• Build and configure server hardware from bare metal installations through production deployment.
• Manage Microsoft Azure/Entra ID hybrid environments and integrate cloud-based services with on-premises infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
• Configure and manage endpoint devices including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices using Intune, MDM, and enterprise imaging solutions.
• Perform user account administration, identity management, access provisioning, and security policy enforcement.
• Monitor system performance, availability, backups, patching, and security updates across enterprise systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (cont.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, authentication, and infrastructure-related incidents within established SLA timelines.
• Support wired and wireless network connectivity including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SonicWall firewall and Access Points.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls aligned with NIST 800-171, CMMC Level 2, and ITAR compliance requirements.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of IT security policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Configure and support multi-factor authentication technologies including Fortinet MFA solutions, Microsoft Authenticator.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, system documentation, network diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for hardware replacements, escalations, and infrastructure support.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, system backup validation, and business continuity initiatives.
• Patriciate in Incident Responses per Incident Response Plan
• Provide Tier II/III technical
Educational Qualification and Experience:
• 3–5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows server and infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration and deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID in hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments preferably in a GCC High Environment.
• Knowledge of VMware vSphere virtualization platforms.
• Experience with Dell server hardware, OpenManage, and iDRAC administration.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management technologies including Intune and MDM solutions.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions including Sentinel MDR & Microsoft Defender
• Strong understanding of Cisco Switches (CLI, VLAN, Port Configurations, Trunk Port and other switch configurations)
• Working knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, wired, and wireless networking.
• Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity initiatives and security best practices.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience supporting iPhone and Android mobile devices in a managed environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or government-regulated industries.
• Experience working in GCC High environments.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC Level 2, and ITAR compliance requirements.
• Experience with Fortinet security technologies and MFA implementations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise business applications.
• Experience developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
• Linux experience in administration, maintenance and deployment a plus.
