Accountabilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for food and beverage programs across a large portfolio of hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, and event venues.
  • Partner with regional leadership, ownership groups, and property teams to implement operational standards, resources, and performance-driven initiatives.
  • Drive innovation and excellence across culinary operations, beverage programming, guest experiences, meetings, and event services.
  • Analyze financial performance, implement cost-control strategies, and develop initiatives that improve operational efficiency, profitability, and revenue growth.
  • Support property openings, repositionings, renovations, and concept development projects with a focus on guest engagement and market relevance.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, mentorship, and retention efforts for food and beverage leadership teams across the portfolio.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and service excellence throughout all operations.
  • Provide leadership support for corporate events, conferences, and portfolio-wide initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, guest preferences, and emerging hospitality concepts to continuously elevate food and beverage offerings.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to senior leadership, property teams, and ownership stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of operational experience within the restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry, ideally across multi-unit or large-scale operations.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and overseeing operational performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Strong expertise in food and beverage operations, including culinary programming, restaurant management, bar operations, and event services.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic planning initiatives and execute operational improvements across multiple properties or business units.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, forecasting, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with operators, ownership groups, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with strong decision-making and operational leadership skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 70%, including evenings and weekends when required.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality trends, guest expectations, and evolving food and beverage concepts.
