In this role, you will lead high-impact marketing initiatives across therapeutic and CRO service areas, helping drive awareness, lead generation, and client engagement within highly specialized healthcare markets. - Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on autoimmune therapeutic services, clinical FSP offerings, and broader CRO solutions to support business growth and market positioning.
- Develop compelling messaging frameworks, content strategies, and omnichannel campaigns across digital platforms including websites, webinars, SEO/SEM, AI search, social media, podcasts, and live events.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, operational, medical, and scientific stakeholders to create impactful thought leadership content and strengthen brand visibility in key therapeutic areas.
- Drive the development of sales enablement materials and support lead generation initiatives by identifying target client profiles and optimizing campaign performance.
- Manage conference and event strategies end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, messaging, logistics, speaker coordination, and post-event performance analysis.
- Deliver monthly reporting and actionable insights based on campaign performance, market trends, customer engagement, and business priorities to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members, contribute to departmental strategy, and help foster continuous improvement across the marketing function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree considered a plus.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences, including significant exposure to CRO environments and therapeutic area marketing.
- Strong experience developing and executing customer-facing marketing initiatives, particularly within autoimmune, clinical research, or FSP-related services.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, content development, event management, and omnichannel campaign execution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific or technical concepts into compelling messaging.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing complex projects, mentoring teams, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with project management methodologies, performance tracking, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and globally distributed environment.
