This role sits at the center of global supply chain finance, driving financial control and strategic business partnering across a complex international operations network. You will oversee critical cost drivers such as inventory, freight, logistics allocations, and working capital efficiency. The position plays a key role in shaping data-driven decisions that optimize global supply chain performance and support revenue and margin targets. You will collaborate closely with supply chain, procurement, and operations leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and cost transparency. Working in a highly cross-functional and global environment, you will influence both operational and financial strategy. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in complexity, continuous improvement, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Lead financial controlling and business partnering for global supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives.
- Drive inventory and Days on Hand (DOH) management, including modeling warehouse, in-transit, reserves, and work-in-progress inventories.
- Oversee global freight cost forecasting, variance analysis, burden recovery, and optimization initiatives across regions.
- Manage logistics allocations and financial controlling for distribution centers and customer fulfillment operations.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and global logistics teams to improve cost efficiency, transparency, and forecasting accuracy.
- Support global consolidation efforts for supply chain-related spending, inventory, freight, and footprint reporting.
- Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and internal controls to enhance accuracy, standardization, and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a finance-related function, preferably within a global or multinational environment.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP; familiarity with SAC or Hyperion is a plus.
- Solid understanding of supply chain finance concepts, including inventory, logistics, and freight cost structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse global teams.
- Highly analytical, curious, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive base salary range: $112,000 – $140,000 (based on experience and location).
