This role focuses on leading end-to-end testing activities within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation environment, ensuring the reliability and integrity of complex enterprise business processes. You will be responsible for validating integrated SAP workflows across multiple modules and supporting critical release cycles, regression testing, and system enhancements. The position requires strong SAP testing expertise combined with the ability to coordinate across technical teams, business users, and functional stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring that system changes are thoroughly tested, documented, and aligned with business requirements before deployment. In this highly collaborative environment, you will also help strengthen testing frameworks, improve regression libraries, and enhance overall quality assurance practices. This is a hands-on leadership role within a complex SAP landscape where your contributions directly support enterprise transformation success.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA testing activities across end-to-end integrated business processes and multiple functional modules.
• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test scenarios, scripts, and regression test libraries.
• Support test planning, release validation, regression testing, and defect retesting across SAP environments.
• Manage defects and testing workflows using tools such as OpenText ALM / Quality Center.
• Validate end-to-end business process functionality across SAP modules including OTC, PTP, RTR, EWM/LES, Finance, and Quality.
• Coordinate closely with developers, SAP configurators, and business stakeholders to resolve defects and validate fixes.
• Support quarterly SAP releases, system upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive testing documentation, traceability matrices, and quality assurance records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP testing and business process validation within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing methodologies and integrated end-to-end process flows.
• Experience using OpenText ALM / Quality Center for test management and defect tracking.
• Background supporting full lifecycle SAP implementations or large transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as OTC, PTP, RTR, Finance, EWM/LES, and quality processes.
• Solid understanding of regression testing, release cycles, and transport management processes.
• Experience working in manufacturing or complex enterprise environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple testing workstreams in fast-paced project environments.
• Preferred: prior SAP Test Lead experience and familiarity with SAP Solution Manager or Focused Build.
