Job Description

Legacy Places Intern
Base Pay: $23.00 / Hour
Employment Type: Temp NBE

DescriptionThe Conservation Fund’s Legacy Places program conserves and protects sites with important African American history. These heritage sites are powerful testaments to the struggles, triumphs, and cultural achievements that shape our collective national story. Yet too many of these places have been overlooked, underfunded, and are now at risk of loss or irreversible deterioration.
Our Legacy Places projects result in permanent conservation, secured through public ownership or protective easements that ensure these sites are never lost.
