Head of Campus Marketing
About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Head of Campus Marketing to build and own our national ambassador program from the ground up. We're looking for someone who has already done the hardest parts of this job elsewhere. You've built a campus or field marketing program before, you know what works at scale, and you're ready to bring that to the fastest-growing AI learning platform in the world. This is an in-person role where you'll work directly with our founding team and report to the CMO.
Key Responsibilities- Design and launch the Fall 2026 pilot program across multiple flagship campuses, then scale the model nationally
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a network of student ambassadors
- Build a field activation playbook rooted in the academic calendar: back-to-school, rush, pre-finals, and finals week
- Own the full affiliate and attribution infrastructure, referral codes, campus vanity URLs, extended free-trial offers, and a conversion dashboard the growth team trusts
- Partner with honor societies, TAs, Greek life, and academic departments to earn authentic campus presence
- Report program health in the metrics that matter: blended CAC, trial-to-paid conversion rate, ambassador-attributed LTV, and program-attributed revenue
- You have built or run a campus ambassador or field marketing program at a meaningful scale
- A deep understanding of the student calendar, campus culture, and social hierarchy, you design activations that fit naturally into student life
- Proven ability to manage distributed, part-time, student-age teams with real accountability structures
- Commercially wired: you report in conversion rate, CAC, and LTV, and you know the difference between activity that looks good and activity that drives revenue
- Experience with affiliate or referral models and attribution infrastructure that holds up to scrutiny
- A builder: you write the SOPs, the onboarding flows, the content briefs, and the comp structures, not just the vision deck
- Bonus: experience in edtech or consumer software with a student audience
- Bonus: existing relationships with Greek life, honor societies, or campus organizations at major universities
- $120,000 - $180,000 Base Salary
- With equity
- 100% employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- 75% dependent coverage
- 401(k) with employer matching
- Daily team dinner provided in-office
- A high-growth, mission-driven team focused on transforming how students learn
