Job Description

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing senior-level leadership and oversight for the CTS service line, including managing complex projects, leading and developing team members, and ensuring successful project delivery. The position serves as the primary liaison between clients and architectural project teams, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities include managing project financial performance and planning, supporting business development efforts, and contributing to firmwide initiatives, service line growth, and studio or office operations. The ideal candidate is a recognized industry professional and firm leader with the ability to sustain and grow business opportunities while mentoring teams and advancing the firm’s strategic goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Based on experience and firmwide leadership criteria, has senior-level responsibility for managing and developing the CTS service, managing multiple/complex projects and multiple team members.
  • Serves as the main project liaison with clients and architectural project teams.
  • Manages project financials and planning and contributes to new business development.
  • Contributes firmwide with the service line and initiatives or involved with studio/office management.
  • Ability to sustain a business and contributes towards growing the business.
  • Is known in the industry and as a leader within the firm.

Job Requiremetns

Candidate must be eager to learn and have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, exceptional initiative, and ability to work effectively in a professional atmosphere, strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced computer knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams SmartSheet and other software tools required to develop solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently and decisively take action
