Requirements

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and experience operating in complex, audit-ready environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; active U.S. CPA license required
  • 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, or similar environments
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and end-to-end close processes
  • Experience supporting external audits and maintaining strong internal control environments
  • Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements or automation solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate variances and resolve accounting issues
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in dynamic environments
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Benefits

This position offers a competitive compensation package along with strong benefits designed to support flexibility, well-being, and long-term career development.

  • Base salary around $165,000 annually
  • Annual discretionary performance bonus
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Fully remote work within the United States (Central or Eastern time zones preferred)
  • Flexible work model supporting work-life balance
  • Paid time off and holiday benefits
  • Opportunity to work in a high-impact, global professional services environment
  • Exposure to senior leadership and strategic finance initiatives
