Job Summary
Leveraging extensive experience in scholarship operations, process optimization, this position provides leadership in scholarship administration to maximize efficiency and resource utilization, while supporting policy development and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations as centralized scholarship administration is implemented across the entire university. This position will partner closely with the Executive Director of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships and Deputy Director of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships to drive operational excellence within the Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships (OSFAS). The Director will apply deep expertise in regulatory compliance, financial aid systems, and strategic planning to advance departmental goals, align initiatives with institutional priorities, and ensure seamless execution of projects that enhance student success. Key responsibilities include optimizing the financial aid management system, leading new technology initiatives, supervising two areas within the office and implementing effective communication strategies for students, parents, and campus partners.

Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision-making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.

The Director of Financial Aid – Scholarships & Process Development will possess the expertise in regulatory compliance, financial aid systems, and strategic planning to advance departmental goals, align initiatives with institutional priorities, and ensure seamless execution of projects that enhance student success.
