You will design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines that ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across critical workflows.
The position focuses on strengthening data quality, observability, and trust in datasets used for analytics and AI initiatives.
You will work with modern cloud technologies, mainly AWS, alongside Python, PySpark, and SQL in a high-performance environment.
A key part of the role involves proactively identifying anomalies, improving data health, and preventing issues before they impact business outcomes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Python (PySpark), and SQL to support critical data workflows.
- Ensure data quality by proactively identifying inconsistencies, anomalies, and issues across datasets before they affect business operations.
- Build and maintain data observability and monitoring solutions using tools such as Datadog and AWS CloudWatch.
- Develop and support key data metrics and indicators that measure data reliability, freshness, and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable data solutions.
- Solid experience in Data Engineering, particularly with ETL pipelines and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python (PySpark) and SQL, with hands-on experience in large-scale data processing.
- Practical experience with AWS Glue and monitoring/observability tools such as Datadog or AWS CloudWatch.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate data issues and propose effective solutions.
- Proactive and autonomous working style, with strong ownership of deliverables and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
