This role offers the opportunity to work on scalable, high-quality web solutions built on the Umbraco CMS, contributing to end-to-end development of modern digital platforms. You will be responsible for delivering robust, performant, and secure websites that meet diverse client requirements across industries. The position involves close collaboration with designers, frontend engineers, backend developers, and project stakeholders in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You will play a key role in shaping content-driven web experiences, ensuring seamless integration between design and functionality. The role also emphasizes continuous improvement, including performance optimization, SEO alignment, and adoption of best practices. It is well-suited for a developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while working across multiple projects and teams.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Umbraco-based websites with a strong focus on quality, performance, and security.
- Customize CMS components including templates, content types, and site-specific functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, frontend and backend developers, testers, and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Umbraco CMS, integrations, and overall website functionality.
- Optimize websites for performance, scalability, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
- Work across multiple client projects, independently and within teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Stay updated with Umbraco ecosystem improvements and continuously enhance development practices.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET development with strong expertise in Umbraco CMS.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in building and delivering Umbraco-based solutions in production environments.
- Solid understanding of website performance optimization, SEO principles, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working with SQL Server for database management and optimization.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, XML/JSON data formats, and system integrations.
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps for deployment and application management.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in Agile, cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
