This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Lead, Strategy based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of strategic account leadership and hands-on client execution within a fast-moving digital advertising environment. You will oversee a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, owning both revenue performance and long-term relationship growth. The position involves close collaboration with platform partner teams, particularly within the Amazon ecosystem, to strengthen commercial relationships and unlock new business opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while also managing the operational and technical execution of accounts. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, commercial ownership, and day-to-day account management. It is well-suited for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, consultative environment and enjoys working across multiple internal and external teams.
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, ensuring strong retention, expansion, and overall account health
- Lead strategic client engagements, including executive-level discussions with C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Develop and execute pre-sales strategies, campaign analysis, performance reporting, and quarterly business reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform and partner teams to generate referrals and new business opportunities
- Manage internal account operations, including onboarding, RFP processes, and platform/tool utilization
- Translate client needs into actionable feedback for Product and Partnerships teams to support platform improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Media Operations, Product, and internal Strategy teams
- 7+ years of experience in account management, account development, or sales, preferably in ad tech or digital media
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and related platforms (Amazon DSP experience is a plus)
- Proven success managing enterprise accounts and multi-million-dollar client relationships
- Experience engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders in a consultative, relationship-led environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and advise clients effectively
- Hands-on approach with willingness to work directly in internal tools and systems
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Preferred: experience with ad serving technologies, data platforms, revenue expansion strategies, or team mentorship
- Annual base salary range: $140,000 – $155,000, plus quarterly performance bonus
