Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Roving Leasing Agent to assist our team in the Wichita, KS region!We are offering up to$18/hr. plus leasing bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off.

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showing
• Must be available Saturdays
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
• Assists the Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program

• Preferably 1 years experience in leasing or property management
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
