Dependable Senior Caregiver Needed | Lansdowne in Lansdowne, Pennsylvania at Visiting Angels of Jenkintown

We are currently seeking Caregivers for Delaware and Chester County.

Visiting Angels of Chadds Ford is currently seeking amazing Caregivers to service clients in and around the Lansdowne area.

Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

• Help keep clients’ home clean and clutter-free
• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
• Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
• Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
• Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff
• Perform all non-medical home care services as needed

Caregiver Requirements:

• Driver’s license, and reliable personal transportation
• Completed or ability to complete a 2-Step PPD or chest x-ray
• Clear background checks, and drug screening
• CNA, HHA, and DSP Certification preferred
• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience, working with seniors preferred
• Dementia /ALZ care experience is a plus
• A compassionate, upbeat attitude and love for the senior community
