| Position Summary: | The IT Client Services Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for providing exemplary customer service in supporting University of Dayton Faculty and Staff with a wide range of technical systems and applications remotely and on-site, traveling between offices and campus locations. The position is highly knowledgeable administering systems in an Active Directory environment and using client management tools to generate accurate, meaningful reports. Communication skills and a team mentality are key to this position.
