Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Marketing for the Foundation and Women’s Health is responsible for supervising and unifying the overall visual identity and branding efforts of Stillwater Medical Foundation and Stillwater Medical’s Women’s Health Center, Stillwater Women’s Clinic, Stillwater Pediatrics, and OnCue NICU. Primary to this charge is directing and producing creative output related to fundraising initiatives, printed and digital publications, website and online communications, and marketing campaigns aimed at serving Stillwater Medical.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, graphic design, or related discipline is required.

Minimum of five years of professional experience is strongly preferred.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Must possess strong verbal and professional writing skills.

Must possess ability to handle multiple tasks and constant interruptions.

Ability to plan, organize, and effectively present ideas and concepts to groups.
-
Ability to establish and maintain effective working and public relationships.
-
Experience in event planning is desired.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to speak clearly and distictly with donors, staff, physicians, patients, and patients' families.
- Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule.
- Demonstrates adequate vision for reading and preparing written reports.
- Able to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some light lifting and bending.
- Demonstrates flexibility in schedule and work assignments.
- Required to be physically present for Foundation board meetings and special events related to fundraising and campaign initiatives.
