  • Challenge established approaches and identify creative, differentiated solutions, applying strong commercial judgment to prioritize opportunities with the greatest potential business impact.
  • Build influence across customers, internal teams, and strategic partners through effective communication, collaboration, and relationship management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required, along with at least 3 years of sales experience demonstrating success in account management, profitable volume growth, customer penetration, new business development, and revenue expansion.
  • Experience in the CPG, restaurant, culinary, and/or foodservice distribution industries is required, with prior foodservice experience considered an advantage.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and convert customer insights into actionable commercial plans.
  • Demonstrated P&L management experience, including responsibility for trade budgets and delivering consistent, profitable growth.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience working with sales management systems, business planning tools, and data-driven approaches to retaining and developing customers.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and gain alignment across customers, internal teams, and business partners.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo, develop unconventional solutions, and distinguish high-value opportunities from lower-priority prospects.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and leadership orientation, with the ability to operate independently while coordinating effectively across multiple functions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight as required, with travel frequency varying according to territory and customer needs.
Benefits:
  • Base salary range of $120,800–$151,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for a performance-based bonus under the applicable plan terms.
  • Remote work arrangement from a home office, with expected business travel.
  • Healthcare coverage including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits.
