About the Opportunity

Were looking for a proactive and empathetic Client Engagement Consultant to join our team.

In this role, youll connect directly with clients through outbound calls, building meaningful relationships and supporting them to make the most of their home care services. Youll play a key role in understanding client needs, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience, and helping them access the full benefits of their care packages.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong communication skills with a commercial mindset, and who is passionate about improving outcomes for older Australians.

This role will beoffered on an initial 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with clients through outbound calls to understand their current services and identify unmet needs
  • Build strong, trusted relationships through regular and meaningful client interactions
  • Educate clients on available services and how these can support their wellbeing and independence
  • Identify opportunities to increase utilisation of approved care hours in line with client goals
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to convert opportunities into scheduled services
  • Respond to client concerns and provide solutions to support service uptake
  • Accurately record all client interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Monitor and follow up on opportunities to ensure service conversion
  • Escalate complex care needs or risks to appropriate teams
About you
  • Experience in an outbound call centre, customer engagement, or sales-focused role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
  • A customer-first mindset with genuine empathy for older clients
  • Ability to work towards targets and performance metrics
  • Confident using CRM systems and managing administrative tasks
  • Experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services (highly regarded)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate client barriers
