You will be responsible for connecting with business owners and marketing professionals who have already expressed interest in digital marketing services. The position requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to follow a structured script while maintaining a natural, engaging tone. You will play a key role in driving the sales pipeline by ensuring appointments are consistently scheduled and properly qualified. Success in this role depends on persistence, organization, and the ability to handle objections effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales appointments through outbound calling and structured follow-up.
- Contact business owners and marketing professionals who have expressed prior interest in digital marketing services.
- Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts while maintaining a professional and engaging communication style.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the internal sales or account team.
- Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward booking commitments.
- Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions in tracking systems.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects when initial contact does not result in immediate booking.
- Ensure a high level of organization and reliability in managing daily call activity.
This role requires strong communication abilities, resilience in outbound calling, and a self-driven mindset to achieve appointment targets.
- Minimum of 1 year of cold calling or outbound sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Experience handling objections and maintaining composure during rejection or challenging conversations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Basic computer skills for logging calls, updating CRM systems, and managing schedules.
- Reliable internet connection, phone setup, and a quiet workspace suitable for professional calls.
- Availability to make calls before 3 PM Eastern Time.
- Prior experience in solar or high-ticket outbound industries is a plus but not required.
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $12–$17 per hour depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses of $50 per held appointment
