Business Process Analyst Senior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Process Analyst Senior based in United States.

This role focuses on driving enterprise-wide process improvement and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic, technology-enabled environment. You will act as a key connector between business units and leadership, ensuring that operational processes align with broader organizational objectives. The position plays a central role in supporting enterprise reporting and automation initiatives, helping translate complex business needs into actionable insights and structured workflows. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements, define performance metrics, and contribute to the evolution of scalable reporting solutions. You will leverage analytics tools to uncover trends, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement across business operations. This is a highly collaborative role with strong visibility, where your insights directly influence strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into clear process and reporting solutions supporting enterprise automation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to support decision-making.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs and business metrics to evaluate performance across multiple organizational areas.
  • Collect, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support Agile delivery teams by contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative solution development.
  • Create detailed process documentation, including end-user guides and technical specifications, to ensure clarity and adoption.
  • Present findings, reports, and recommendations to business leaders to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations, data analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and participating in iterative delivery cycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience documenting processes and creating clear, structured end-user materials.
