We are seeking an experienced RV Parts Counter Specialist for our busy dealership. The ideal candidate for the RV Parts Counter Specialist position is excellent at identifying parts, managing inventory, and ensuring every technician gets what they need.

Responsibilities:

• Tech Support: Assist service personal and technicians in identifying and selecting the correct RV parts and accessories.
• Parts Sourcing: Utilize manufacturer websites and suppliers websites to resource parts.
• Inventory Control: Receive, stock, and organize parts, while updating dealership management systems (DMS) for accurate inventory tracking.
• Order Management: Process special orders, follow up on delayed shipments, and coordinate payment collections.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in RV parts, automotive/heavy-truck parts sales, or warehouse inventory management.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with RV plumbing, electrical, and appliance components is a huge plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in dealership software (DMS), electronic parts catalogs, and basic computer skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a high attention to detail.
• Pre-employment screening background check.
• Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday. Reliable attendance is a must!
