Alice Reid Home Care is a premium private-pay home care agency serving the Greater Richmond and Chesterfield County area. We are caregiver-first — meaning we invest in the people who make exceptional care possible. We are looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Home Health Aides who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that truly values them.

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred; CNA, HHA, or PCA certification a plus but not required
  • Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver's license
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
