General Manager West India
Experience and Skills
1. Market knowledge of Logistics/ freight forwarding industry
2. Knowledge of basic financial concept, knowledge of related laws.
3. Min 15-20 yrs of experience with atleast five years of managerial and three years of senior management experience.

P & L Management
1. Responsible for setting the budgets, monitoring the actuals, analysing and taking corrective action and ensuring maximum achievements at the country level.
2. Setting pricing and cost parameters so as to ensure profitable and sustainable quotations are produced in line with market dynamics on a timely basis.
3. Review and control the credit timelines and payments of all customers. Ensure the CAF’s is duly endorsed post checking the credit worthiness of the customer.

3. Work closely with the product and pricing teams to influence pricing and products in order to present competitive solutions to rope in potential customers.
4. Ensure participation of team members in local events, trade fairs and forums to build a strong brand presence and leverage on existing networks within those forums.
