This is a detail-driven creative production role focused on delivering high-end image retouching for advertising, editorial, fashion, and commercial campaigns. You will work on visually impactful content where precision, consistency, and aesthetic quality are essential across every deliverable. The role requires strong collaboration with photographers, art directors, and CGI artists to ensure seamless integration of creative direction into final imagery. You will be responsible for enhancing and refining visuals through advanced compositing, color correction, and image finishing techniques. The environment is fast-paced and deadline-oriented, requiring excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-visibility campaigns while working in a fully remote, international creative setting.

• Execute high-end retouching for advertising, editorial, fashion, lifestyle, and commercial campaigns.
• Perform advanced color correction, compositing, image cleanup, and final image finishing with a strong focus on visual quality.
• Retouch beauty, skin, and product imagery with exceptional attention to detail and consistency across assets.
• Integrate CGI elements seamlessly into photographic compositions when required.
• Follow established creative direction while ensuring adherence to brand and visual standards.
• Collaborate closely with photographers, art directors, producers, and CGI artists throughout production workflows.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and production schedules.
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files according to technical and creative specifications.
• Maintain organized file structures and follow best practices for workflow efficiency and asset management.

• 5+ years of professional retouching experience in a commercial studio, agency, or production environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, composition, and photographic principles.
• Advanced skills in compositing, masking, and non-destructive editing techniques.
• Proven experience in high-end beauty and skin retouching.
• Familiarity with CGI workflows and integration into photographic assets is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain visual consistency across large volumes of work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to take creative direction well while also contributing problem-solving suggestions when needed.
• Nice to have: experience with large-scale campaigns, Capture One, print/digital production workflows, and basic knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.

• Part-time position (20 hours per week)
• Salary range: USD $1,300 – $1,800 per month (depending on experience and seniority)
