Job Description

Objective: The Design Consultant is responsible for collaborating with our teams from Design, Operations, Manufacturing, and Installation to create one-of-a-kind kitchen designs.

Reports to: General Manager, Saskatoon

Direct Reports: None

Location: Saskatoon Store

Main Responsibilities:

Promotion and sale of our products and services to retail customers, renovators, and small home buildersDesign of dream kitchens as per the needs of the clientOrder managementCustomer supportProspecting for new business and accounts as requiredMeasure – Mark outs of sites.Inspections of installations.

These responsibilities are not intended to be all-inclusive. It represents typical elements and criteria to perform the job successfully.

Skills and Abilities:

An entrepreneurial spirit, passion for design, and a drive for successAbility to multitask and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneouslyStrong communication skills

Education and/or Training:

Working knowledge of building codes and compliance issuesA degree or diploma from an accredited interior design or architecture program will be considered an assetMinimum of one year of experience in kitchen design and salesExperience in design software such as 2020 Design Technologies, AutoCAD, etc.A valid driver’s license (and vehicle)
