Sr. Product Marketing Manager- Azure Storage

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager – Azure Storage based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, technical storytelling, and enterprise go-to-market execution, with a strong focus on shaping the positioning of large-scale storage solutions within a leading cloud ecosystem. You will translate highly technical Azure Storage capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value that resonates across technical, business, and executive audiences. Acting as a key connector between engineering, product, and marketing teams, you will define messaging frameworks, drive product launches, and build compelling narratives that support adoption across enterprise customers. The role requires strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure and the ability to engage confidently with engineering teams on complex storage architectures. You will also play a central role in enabling sales and field teams with assets that drive awareness and pipeline impact. This is a high-visibility role where strategic thinking and hands-on execution come together in a fast-paced, globally scaled environment.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and own the end-to-end product marketing narrative for Azure Storage, with a primary focus on Blob/Object Storage and Azure Files
  • Translate complex cloud infrastructure capabilities into clear, compelling customer value propositions across technical and executive audiences
  • Partner closely with engineering and product teams to align messaging with roadmap priorities, technical features, and competitive differentiation
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, including positioning, messaging, timelines, and cross-functional readiness
  • Create and maintain high-impact marketing assets such as pitch decks, demos, web content, solution briefs, FAQs, and sales enablement materials
  • Drive field enablement initiatives, ensuring sales and partner teams are equipped with accurate and persuasive technical narratives
  • Collaborate across marketing, product, engineering, and partner teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels
  • Represent Azure Storage in cross-functional marketing forums, customer engagements, webinars, and industry events
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7–10+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or B2B marketing within cloud infrastructure or enterprise technology
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure domains such as storage, compute, networking, or data platforms
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear customer-facing messaging
  • Proven experience working with engineering and product teams in highly technical environments
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across executive and technical audiences
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy, product launches, and sales enablement in enterprise or cloud environments
  • Familiarity with cloud storage concepts such as object storage, file storage, data lakes, backup, and resiliency (strong plus)
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platform products is highly desirable
  • Ability to operate in large, matrixed organizations and navigate cross-functional alignment
