As a Senior People Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in shaping organizational performance, talent development, and employee experience across global teams. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help drive business success through effective people strategies, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives. This is a high-impact position that combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to influence key business decisions and foster high-performing teams. The role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, remote-first environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to create scalable, people-focused solutions. You will also contribute to cross-functional projects, leverage data-driven insights, and help drive innovation across the broader People function.
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, supporting organizational growth and performance.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent management initiatives.
- Lead the execution of talent programs, including performance management, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, and high-potential employee development.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, professionalism, and business awareness.
- Act as a trusted advisor on sensitive people-related topics, collaborating with legal and other stakeholders when required.
- Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support the adoption of innovative technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance people processes and decision-making.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of people programs, frameworks, and policies.
- Lead strategic cross-functional projects and initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and support business priorities.
- Mentor and coach colleagues within the People function, helping to elevate team capabilities and best practices.
- Significant experience in a People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar strategic HR role within a global organization.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, including managing complex and multi-jurisdictional employment matters.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent strategies, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and career growth programs.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect people initiatives to organizational outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering effectively with senior leaders and executives.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using people data to drive decision-making and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience working in remote or distributed environments is considered an advantage.
- Curiosity and openness to leveraging technology and AI tools to improve people operations and business impact.
- Annual salary range of €93,800 – €120,600 EUR, depending on experience, skills, and location factors.
