Job Description
Manufacturing Production Supervisor - Building 4
All-Pro Threaded Products, manufacturing division of All-Pro Fasteners, Inc., located in Arlington, Texas, is a producer of a wide variety of special fasteners that are used throughout the steel fabrication, pipe, OEM, industrial construction and utility industries.
We are looking for a Production Supervisor in our Metal Manufacturing Department. This shift is M-F from 6am - 2:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned:
Lead and manage a team of machine operators, technicians, and other staff.
Assign tasks and prioritize production schedules to meet customer or project deadlines.
Ensure that products are produced to specifications and meet quality standards.
Review work orders and job specifications to ensure proper understanding of the tasks.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules or resources as necessary.
Ensure production goals are met, including efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the
following competencies:
Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures.
Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.
Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction.
Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially
unsafe conditions .
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform
each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree
(GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short
correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to
effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers,
clients, and other employees of the organization. Must be able to speak and understand Spanish fluently.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply
and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of
American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems
involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Authority:
Position authority (what someone can do) is in direct relation to its
responsibilities (what someone is supposed to do.) The person filling the activities
described in this job description has the authority to accomplish the things required,
unless otherwise noted. Further clarification may also be made during the training
process and/or embedded in associated procedures and documents related to the job.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills and
knowledge of Spreadsheet software.
