  • Manage relationships with approximately 20–25 UHNW clients, acting as the central point of contact for all financial planning and tax-related matters.
  • Conduct quarterly client reviews, presenting updated financial plans and adjusting strategies based on evolving goals and circumstances.
  • Partner closely with financial advisors and internal specialists to design integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions across tax, legal, investment, and estate domains.
  • Translate complex financial and tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients and their families.
  • Coordinate execution of planning strategies with internal teams and external professionals, ensuring accuracy and follow-through.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and planning frameworks that enhance the overall advisory platform.
  • Support business development and client engagement initiatives through presentations, thought leadership, and events.
Requirements

This role requires deep expertise in tax and wealth planning for high-net-worth clients, along with strong advisory, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • 10+ years of experience in tax planning, financial planning, or wealth advisory roles serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CPA and/or JD strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of complex, high-value client relationships.
  • Strong expertise in income tax planning, estate and trust structures, wealth transfer strategies, and charitable planning.
  • Deep understanding of tax regulations and estate planning frameworks relevant to UHNW individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Proficiency with financial planning tools and software (e.g., eMoney or similar platforms).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contribution options
  • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave programs
  • Access to advanced financial planning tools and professional resources
