About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Site Foreman to join our commercial construction team and take the next step off the tools into site leadership. In this role you will support the Site Manager, Site Supervisor and Project Manager with day‑to‑day coordination of trades, safety and quality on site. Performing labouring duties as required to keep the job moving, helping to deliver the project safely, on time, and to a high standard, while still performing labouring duties as required to keep the job moving.

About You:

This position is ideal for a carpenter or tradesman with solid commercial construction experience who is ready to move into a supervisory role and develop their skills in planning, subcontractor coordination, and WHS compliance. You will work closely with an experienced site team, receive structured mentoring, and gain exposure to programming, inspections, and site reporting across a range of commercial projects.
