Store Manager Position Summary
Our store managers are directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination and evaluation
of their store. A store manager oversees all sales, accounting, service and collection activities at the
single-store level while delegating certain responsibilities to their respective team members. Managers are
expected to meet company objectives, maintain inventory and continually nurture a family culture that
focuses on serving the customer.
The store manager position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, great pay as well as
future growth potential. We also offer affordable benefits with a 401k; paid holidays and we are closed on
Sundays.
Compensation
Make between $ 50,000 - $100,000 w/ bonus
Requirements:Requirements / Responsibilities:
• At least 3 years in management
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Create and meet sales targets / goals
• Implementing promotions
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Automotive experience a plus
Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Pass drug screen and background test
• Flexible work schedule
• Stand for long periods of time
• Lifting and exerting up to 40 lbs
• Professional Proficiency in English
Prior experience as a, manager, store manager, sales manager, service manager, retail manager, management,
and / or inventory manager is very helpful to the success of this opportunity.
