Senior Manager, Procurement PMO & Analytics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Procurement PMO & Analytics based in India.

This role serves as the operational backbone of a global procurement organization, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to strategic initiatives and transformation programs. You will lead procurement PMO activities, savings tracking, benefits realization, governance, and executive reporting across a complex international environment. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, giving you significant influence over how procurement performance and value creation are measured and communicated. You will develop analytics and dashboards, manage project portfolios, and provide senior leaders with clear insights into progress, risks, and financial outcomes. You will also lead a global savings governance process, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring commitments translate into measurable results. This is an opportunity for an experienced procurement, PMO, finance, analytics, or business operations professional to drive continuous improvement across a high-impact global function.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead PMO activities across procurement transformation programs, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action logs while ensuring progress remains aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and stakeholders to support successful project and program delivery.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level project status reporting, portfolio updates, roadmaps, and performance summaries.
  • Support annual planning, portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and procurement roadmap management.
  • Maintain the procurement savings pipeline and benefits realization tracker, ensuring visibility into forecasted, validated, and realized savings.
  • Track savings delivery against approved business cases and commitments, identifying risks to attainment and coordinating mitigation actions.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure consistent savings methodologies, reporting standards, transparency, and auditability.
  • Produce monthly savings and benefits realization reports for senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze procurement performance, spending trends, supplier information, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement performance reports and executive presentations.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve procurement effectiveness, financial outcomes, and operational performance.
  • Lead and coordinate the Global Savings Review Board process, including governance materials, agendas, reporting packs, meeting outputs, and action tracking.
  • Track decisions, risks, dependencies, and commitments arising from governance forums and ensure appropriate follow-up and accountability.
  • Maintain governance calendars, reporting schedules, and standardized governance practices across procurement programs.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve procurement reporting, project management, savings tracking, and performance management.
  • Support procurement transformation and organizational change initiatives while promoting accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in PMO, procurement, business operations, finance, analytics, consulting, or a related function.
  • Proven experience managing projects and programs within complex global organizations.
  • Strong background in management reporting, performance tracking, executive communications, and business performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience managing savings tracking, benefits realization, and performance measurement activities.
  • Experience leading governance forums and coordinating action management across senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives, organizational change programs, or strategic business improvement projects.
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, data analysis, and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence and visualization platforms.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Coupa, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of reporting automation, dashboard development, and data visualization.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating complex information into clear executive-level insights.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to senior audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams, functions, and geographies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current and future authorization to work in India without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization.
