Work Study SOMA OPP Lab Assistant in Mesa, Arizona at A T Still University of Health Sciences

Job Description: Weekly lab prep is needed prior to lab to organize and distribute cleaning supplies, prep room with lab materials, clean all tables, and help with other miscellaneous tasks. At the end of the day, the lab needs to be picked up, cleaning supplies refilled and gathered, chairs on tables, and power down of equipment. Prepping weekly lab handouts involves some photocopying and sorting and can be done on other days usually best on Wednesday.

Qualifications: Preferably a DO medical student from SOMA who understands and anticipates the needs of our lab, but could easily be any ATSU student.

Department: SOMA OPP lab and OPP offices

Location: Mesa, Building 5850, 3rd Floor

Number of Students Needed: 2, 1 for year 1 and 1 for year 2. Although one person could do both jobs if desired

Times Needed: 7:00 -800; am , 4:30-5:30 pm

Days Needed: 7:30-9 am and 4:30-5:30 on Tuesday and Thursday. Also, some weeks Wednesday anytime for about 2 hours.

Physical Requirements: Student will need to be able to lift and move tables and supplies as needed. Will be on feet
