Accountabilities:

  • Manage administrative logistics and program documentation, including shared drives, records, version control, and document organization.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between the program team and broader program management resources, helping maintain alignment and information flow.
  • Capture accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes during internal and client-facing meetings and distribute finalized documentation promptly.
  • Help organize program activities, track priorities, and support the team in maintaining reliable operational workflows.

  • Apply strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced program environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, management, communications, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in program support, project coordination, business operations, administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with common business and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and similar workplace technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, documentation, priorities, and multiple concurrent activities accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and corporate resources.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records, meeting documentation, and program information.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and remain effective in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • A collaborative, dependable, and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a broader team.
  • No security clearance or U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
Benefits
  • Salary: Expected range of $64,230–$73,865, with final compensation based on experience, geographic location, and applicable contractual considerations.
  • Remote work: Fully remote position with a full-flex work week designed to support flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Healthcare: Multiple medical plan options, including options with Health Savings Accounts, plus dental and vision coverage.
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with company matching and pre-tax and post-tax contribution options.
  • Paid time off: Vacation, sick, personal, and holiday leave; eligible employees typically receive 15 days of paid leave per calendar year plus 10 paid holidays, prorated based on start date.
  • Family leave: Paid parental and family leave, with eligible employees able to receive up to 160 hours of paid family leave during a rolling 12-month period.
  • Additional protection: Short- and long-term disability, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, personal accident, critical illness, and business travel and accident coverage.
