The Customer Service Coordinator and Dispatcher at Zoom Drain, is an integral part of our daily operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are treated with compassion, kindness, and efficiency while managing logistics to route the right technician to the right call at the right time. You will construct the day’s schedule, balancing customer and technician expectations and building trust through communication. Customer Service / Dispatcher Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Effectively manage incoming calls
• Schedule & communicate with technicians to meet customer requirements
• Make customer follow up calls
• Go the extra mile to engage clients
• Efficiently plan and route service calls
• Assign work orders based on priority to the available workforce
• Process daily billing and payments for service calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Customer Service / Dispatcher Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with dispatch practices
• Strong computer and accurate data entry skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work remotely during off hours for on call phone coverage
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Pass drug screening and background check
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Experience with service dispatch software preferred
