1. Plan and Execute Culture and Engagement Programs Aligned with Our Vision and Values
  • Coordinate and execute recurring company-wide events and cultural initiatives
  • Support the implementation of global culture and engagement programs
  • Analyze employee engagement and organizational culture data
  • Plan, produce, and manage promotional materials, merchandise, and related
    resources required for initiatives and events
2. Support and Execute Internal Communication Initiatives
  • Implement internal communication programs that strengthen and reinforce company culture
  • Support the planning and operation of regular company-wide meetings and town halls
  • Coordinate events and programs that bring our culture, values, and ways of working to life
  • Create, manage, and maintain content for internal communication platforms and intranet sites
3. Support CSR and DE&I Initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of CSR activities and community
    engagement programs
  • Coordinate student outreach programs and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment or related organization
  • Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives and projects forward
  • Experience planning and coordinating events and projects
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Experience working in Japanese, including email communication, meetings, and presentation/document preparation
  • Experience working in a global environment and ability to collaborate effectively across cultures
  • Strong alignment with ispace's vision, culture, values, and ways of working

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Culture Development, Organizational Development, HR
    Planning, Internal Communications, or related functions
  • Experience planning and executing company-wide events, town halls, and employee engagement campaigns
  • Experience designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
  • Experience managing projects in a global and multicultural environment
  • Experience managing internal portals, intranet sites, or employee
    communication platforms
  • Content creation experience, including internal articles, newsletters, videos, and other communication materials
  • Experience planning and supporting CSR, sustainability, and social contribution initiatives
  • Experience promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) programs
  • Experience analyzing employee surveys and organizational data
  • Proven ability to build new programs, initiatives, or cultural practices in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments

Working Conditions
