Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
  • Prescribe and manage medications
  • Coordinate referrals and specialty care
  • Collaborate with behavioral health, pharmacy, and other care teams
  • Educate patients on treatment, prevention, and wellness
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Support FQHC quality and performance initiatives
Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Current, unrestricted Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Board certified or board eligible in applicable specialty
  • Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
