Licensed Insurance Sales Producer – Henderson, NV (Farmers agency, new acquisition, high lead volume)

ABOUT US

Advantixx Insurance Agency is taking over an established Farmers Insurance® agency in Henderson. With the acquisition comes a steady flow of inbound calls, web leads and existing-customer opportunities, and we need licensed producers ready to turn them into new policies. You bring the license and the drive; we bring the leads, the tools and the training.

Compensation: $15.00/hr base wage (W-2), always paid and never deducted from or recovered against commission. Plus commission on new business only: 30% on agency-provided leads and 45% on self-generated business during your first 90 days, increasing to 40% / 55% after the 90-day review if production targets are met. Overtime is paid per Nevada law. Commission depends on individual production and is not guaranteed. Full-time, in-office in Henderson, NV.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call and quote agency-provided leads fast (first call within 5 minutes), plus your own referrals and network

• Sell auto, home, renters, umbrella and life coverage to new households, and add lines for existing customers

• Hit daily activity standards: 100 dials, 20 live conversations and 5 quotes

• Keep clean, same-day notes in our CRM and Farmers systems

REQUIREMENTS

Active Nevada Property & Casualty producer license (required)

• Nevada Life & Health license is a plus

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Comfortable on the phone all day, coachable and goal-driven

Able to pass a background check and complete Farmers appointment/sub-producer setup

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, in our Henderson office.
