KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Leadership and Training: Motivate your crew, recruit talent, and lead the kitchen team toward tasty success.
- Financial Acumen: Balance budgets, manage costs, and help the kitchen thrive.
- Menu & Catering Management: Craft menus and organize catering events everyone loves.
- Safety & Compliance: Keep dishes safe and the kitchen spotless for happy guests.
- Customer Focus: Create great vibes and memorable bites every day.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Associate or culinary degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years kitchen management in high-volume retail, bakery, hospitality, or restaurant setting
- Experience with catering and event food preparation desirable
- Current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
This Key West Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel offers a large outdoor pool with poolside cabanas, a daily hot breakfast, and free WiFi. Guests will be 5 minutes' drive from historic Old Town Key West and 2 mi from Duval Street. A flat-screen cable TV, microwave, and small refrigerator are featured in all rooms.
