Job Title: Executive Assistant
Position Summary: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Nurse Executive and Chief Strategic Operating Officer at Snoqualmie Valley Health. This position manages complex scheduling, prepares reports and correspondence, coordinates meeting materials and follow-up items, and supports executive projects and strategic initiatives. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, leaders, external partners, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars for the CNE and CSO, including scheduling meetings and travel. Anticipate needs and keep the executives one step ahead.

Prepare agendas, coordinate materials, and keep minutes/action items during meetings where the executive is in attendance.

Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Serve as a liaison between the CNE/CSO and internal departments, external partners, and community stakeholders by building trusted relationships.

Monthly credit card reconciliation and expenditure reimbursements.

Support executive projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.

Maintain organized and professional systems for files, contracts, and documentation.
Qualifications
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public / Health Administration, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional supporting senior leadership, in a healthcare environment.
Skills & Competencies

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); Experience using AI tools for drafting, summarization, or workflow efficiency preferred.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Self-motivated to provide excellence and ask questions promptly.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.

Ability to interact effectively with executives, clinicians, board members, and community leaders. Managing up, down, and across with grace and clarity.

High degree of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.

Benefit Eligibility Requirements - Employees regularly scheduled at least 20 hours per week.
